Zucchini cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• raisins - 1 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• soft margarine - 1 c
• walnuts - 1 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini cookies:

Mix the first 3 ingredients together, then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a 375° oven for approximately 10 minutes.
