  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 5 item
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • zucchini, grated and drained - 3 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
