- butter - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 item
- zucchini, sliced - 1 item
- potatoes, sliced - 1 item
- onions, sliced - 1 item
- tomatoes, sliced - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Spray casserole with Pam. Slice potatoes and layer once on bottom of dish. Layer sliced onions once. Layer sliced zucchini once. Layer sliced tomatoes once. Layer with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Dot with butter. Repeat layering. Top with buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° until potatoes are fork tender.Note: This is a quick summer dish that will allow you to use all those fresh garden veggies!
