  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item
  • medium grated carrot - 1 item
  • thinly sliced, peeled and quartered zucchini - 4 c
  • box chicken flavor Stove Top dressing mix do not prepare, just add dry - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Press into buttered baking dish, keeping dry crumbs close to the top, so that no zucchini is exposed. Save a little of the dressing mix to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
