- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- carrots, shredded - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 (8
- zucchini, diced - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saute zucchini and onion until color changes (around 5 minutes). Add soup, sour cream and carrots; stir until blended. Melt margarine; add to stuffing mix. Divide mixture in half. Pour 1/2 in casserole dish. Add zucchini mixture. Pour remaining stuffing mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
