Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix - 1 pkg
- cooked zucchini, drained well
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saute margarine and onion. Add dressing mix. Line 9 x 9-inch pan with this, saving some for the topping. Mix soup, sour cream and zucchini. Pour this mixture over dressing mix in pan and put on the topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
