Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese cubes - 1 c
- large zucchini or 4 to 5 small - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cut zucchini lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel and dice. Cook sausage and onion; drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven or until zucchini is tender.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
