Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 2
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- onion - 1 item
- small zucchini - 2 lb
- tomatoes, peeled and sliced - 5 item
- garlic cloves, cut up - 3 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini, tomatoes, garlic and pepper until tender in microwave or oven. Brown beef and onion. Put vegetables in bottom of bowl. Add ground beef and chicken soup. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
