Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
- salad dressing or half and half - 1 item
How to make deviled eggs:
Cut and peel eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with a fork. Mix in salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on a large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
