Zucchini cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- sour milk add 1 tsp - 1/2 c
- grated, raw zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Mix oleo, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well and add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix and add zucchini. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes. May sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake while warm. Needs not to be frosted.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
