  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • chocolate chips - 1 c
  • oleo - 3/4 c
  • grated, unpeeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini chocolate cake:

In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. In large bowl beat oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350° in Bundt or 9 x 13-inch pan. Test with toothpick.
