Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• plus 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
• applesauce - 1/2 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices; set aside. Cream the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla together. Mix flour mixture into creamed mixture. Add zucchini, applesauce, orange juice and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake
