- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- oil * - 1 c
How to make morning glory muffins:
*For the low-fat diet, substitute 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup oil. Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add carrots, raisins, walnuts, coconut and crushed pineapple to flour mixture. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat. Do not overstir.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
