How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and Crisco oil. Mix together. Add vanilla, grated zucchini, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add extra for flavoring 1 cup nuts or 1 cup raisins. Grease and flour bread pan. Bake at
