  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts, coconut and raisins
  • grated zucchini remove seeds - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients together well. Divide batter in two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° until lightly browned (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
