Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- salad oil
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 2 oz
How to make strawberry bread:
Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in berries and pecans. Pour in greased loaf pans. Makes two loaves. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Breads, Berries.
