  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • raw grated zucchini unpeeled - 2 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and zucchini. Beat; add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda that has been sifted together. Mix in with mixture well. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325°.
