Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix together like a regular cake. Add zucchini last. Stir in zucchini (do not beat). Pour into 2 pans and bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
