Zucchini bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• nuts optional - 3/4 c

How to make zucchini bars:

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again. Add oil and vanilla; beat. Stir in zucchini. Sift remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Mix well; pour into greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. When cool, frost with Vanilla Butter Frosting.
