  • water - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • or 4 zucchini - 3 item
  • grated Velveeta cheese about - 1 c

How to make zucchini bake:

Scoop out centers of zucchini; cut this into small pieces. Place into a bowl. Add the beaten eggs, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir and spoon into shells. Bake. Put 1/2 cup water in casserole before baking. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes,
