Zucchini au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- tomatoes, peeled and sliced - 2 item
- onion, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- zucchini, thinly sliced about 1 lb - 4 c
How to make zucchini au gratin:
Melt butter and saute all ingredients, except cheese, in a covered skillet for 5 to 10 minutes until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Vegetarian.
