Ingredients/Components
- warm water - 5 c
- honey OR *1 c - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- liquid lecithin - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- wheat flour - 5+ c
- gluten flour - 1/2 c
- Fernipan yeast OR 2 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
- tepid water
How to make whole wheat bread:
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients at low speed. Increase speed to medium when all combined, then increase the speed by half and beat 5 minutes, adding flour as/if necessary to achieve the consistency you want. Cover the bowl with plastic and a towel and let rest for 20-30 minutes. Punch down the dough. Form into 4 loaves.
