  • sugar
  • eggs - 12 item
  • flour - 4 c
  • butter - 1 lb
  • lemon flavoring - 1 Tbsp
  • pineapple - 1 lb
  • golden raisins - 1 lb
  • shelled pecans - 1 lb
  • cherries - 1 lb
  • citron - 1/2 lb
  • fresh coconut, grated - 1 item

How to make white fruit cake:

Dice all fruit. Cut up nuts. Add grated coconut. Dredge with 3 cups flour. Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring. Add remaining cup of flour. Pour this batter over dredged fruit and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Bake in oven about 275° for about 2 hours.
