- butter - 1/2 lb
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- cake flour - 4 c
- coconut milk - 1/4 c
- candied cherries - 1 lb
- candied pineapple - 1 lb
- chopped Brazil nuts - 1 pt
- frozen coconut, thawed - 1 pkg
- egg whites, beaten until stiff - 7 item
How to make white fruit cake:
Mix flour, nuts, and fruit with 1/2 of the flour. Add baking powder to the other 1/2 of the flour. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, beaten until stiff. Add vanilla flavoring.
