  • salted peanuts - 2 c
  • white chocolate - 12 oz
  • broken thin pretzel sticks

How to make white christmas candy:

Melt chocolate in double boiler over simmering water, stirring constantly. Cool for 5 minutes. Add peanuts and pretzels; mix gently until coated.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil. Let stand until cool. Store candies in refrigerator. Yields 3 dozen.
