Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
- can cannellini beans, drained - 1 item
- sliced green onions for garnish - 1 item
- prepared picante sauce - 1/2 c
- fresh vegetables cut into pieces for dippers or chips - 1 item
How to make white bean dip:
In food processor or blender, puree cannellini beans, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin until smooth. In small serving bowl, stir bean puree, picante sauce and thinly sliced green onions. Garnish and serve with veggies. Makes 10 servings.Per serving: 53 calories; 2 grams fat; 0 mg. cholesterol; 199 mg. sodium.
