Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 oz
- ice water - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar optional - 3 oz
- lump crab meat - 1 lb
How to make west indies salad:
Layer crab meat and onion in bowl. Pour remaining ingredients over, 1 at a time. Marinate from 2 to 12 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Shellfish, Crab.
