West indies salad
Ingredients/Components
- cider vinegar - 3 4
- salad oil - 4 oz
- ice water - 4 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- white crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make west indies salad:
Place half the onion in mixing bowl. Arrange crabmeat over onion. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Toss and serve. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Shellfish, Crab.
