Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 3 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded - 4 item
How to make chicken diane:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken completely with mixture. Place in a 350° oven, covered, for 20 minutes. Turn and baste and bake until done, about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Poultry, Meat.
