West indies salad



Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- cooked crabmeat - 1 lb
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- ice water - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 5 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make west indies salad:
Spread half of onion over bottom of large bowl. Cover with crabmeat. Top with remaining onion. Pour oil, water, vinegar and lemon juice over. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 12 hours. Toss before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Shellfish, Crab.
