  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • oleo, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • currants - 1 item

How to make welsh froise:

Mix ingredients together, making a thin batter. Pour like pancakes on a hot, greased frypan. Add a few currants in the middle of batter while frying. Brown on both sides. Put on plate and spread with butter and sugar. Stack like pancakes, then use a sharp knife and quarter them.
