Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- oleo, melted - 1 Tbsp
- currants - 1 item
How to make welsh froise:
Mix ingredients together, making a thin batter. Pour like pancakes on a hot, greased frypan. Add a few currants in the middle of batter while frying. Brown on both sides.
