- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- box 10x sugar - 1 item
- cut up watermelon - 1 c
- Add gelatin, oil and melon
How to make watermelon cake:
Sprinkle flour over cake mix. Add gelatin, oil and melon. Mix thoroughly with electric mixer, adding one egg at a time. Bake in 2 greased 8-inch pans at 325°. Ice when cool.Icing:1/2 stick margarine1 box 10x sugar Soften margarine. Add sugar and just enough juice from melon until icing is of spreading consistency.
