Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cooked, sliced apples - 2 c
How to make virginia apple pudding:
Melt butter in 2 quart casserole. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to make batter; pour onto butter in casserole. Drain apples. Pile in center of batter.
