Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- flour, sifted - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- cooked or canned apple slices - 2 c
How to make virginia apple pudding:
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk to butter. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Pile apples in middle. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Puddings and mousses.
