Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- whipped cream - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- flour or cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
How to make vinegar pie:
Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water in double boiler. Cook until thick and smooth. Keep stirring. Just before removing from burner, add butter and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Cool and add whipped cream topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
