- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- steaks - 1 item
- onion, cut up into rings - 1 item
How to make venison steaks:
Place steaks in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with bacon. Place onion rings over bacon. Sprinkle diced green pepper over onion. Add spice to taste. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
