  • bacon - 1/2 lb
  • steaks - 1 item
  • onion, cut up into rings - 1 item

How to make venison steaks:

Place steaks in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with bacon. Place onion rings over bacon. Sprinkle diced green pepper over onion. Add spice to taste. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
