Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- medium onions, sliced - 3 item
- carrots, chopped - 2 item
- bunch parsley, chopped - 1 item
- venison roast - 1 item
- cloves garlic, slivered - 3 item
- red wine vinegar with garlic - 1 c
- peppercorns, cracked - 1 Tbsp
- red wine, reduced optional - 1 c
How to make venison roast:
Mix all ingredients together to form marinade and pour over roast. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 days, turning twice a day. Remove meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Strain marinade and reserve both marinade and vegetables. Make deep slits and inRecipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
