Velveeta fudge
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla extract
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans optional - 1 item
- 2 sticks butter - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese, chopped - 8 oz
How to make velveeta fudge:
Melt butter and cheese in saucepan over low heat or in microwave 30 seconds. Mix in vanilla. Pour over mixture of confectioners sugar and cocoa in bowl. Mix quickly until smooth. Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan; pat pecans over top. Let stand until set; cut into squares. Yields 3 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
