Lemon delight

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• milk - 3 c
• flour - 1 c
• confectioners sugar - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 1 c
• stick melted butter - 1 item
• instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg

How to make lemon delight:

Mix butter, flour and pecans together and press in square cake pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix lemon pudding and milk together. Spread on top of cheese mixture; top with additional Cool Whip. This dessert is pretty with nuts and slices of lemon on top.
