Ingredients/Components
- butter, divided - 6 Tbsp
- 1 box frozen California Blend vegetables - 2 pkg
- cubed Velveeta or Ragu cheese - 8 oz
- butter flavored crackers about 13 - 1/2 c
How to make veggie bake:
Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Place half vegetables in ungreased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.In small saucepan, combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Pour half over vegetables. Repeat layers. Melt remaining butter and toss with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8 to 10.
