Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium sweet onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced carrots, cooked until just tender - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Prepare carrots; cool slightly. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over carrots. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Use as relish with meats.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
