Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • cans tomato soup - 2 3/4
  • green peppers - 2 item
  • cans red kidney beans - 3 oz
  • large onions - 2 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese optional - 1 item
  • chili powder this is hot - 2 Tbsp

How to make vegetarian chili:

In large Dutch oven saute sliced peppers and onions in oil until lucid. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low to medium flame for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve covered with melted cheese, if desired.
