Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- thin sliced carrots - 1 c
- fine chopped onion - 1/2 c
- thin sliced celery
- can white corn Shoepeg - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Bring vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil. Boil for one (1) minute. Cool well. Drain thoroughly all canned vegetables (save liquids for a great soup stock). In large container, combine all vegetables. Certainly, at this point add or subRecipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
