Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salad dressing
- carrots, diced - 2 item
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- stalks celery, diced - 2 item
- cheese, diced - 1/4 lb
- red onion, finely diced - 1 Tbsp
- head cauliflower, broken into flowerets - 1 item
- bunch broccoli, broken into flowerets - 1 item
- small box frozen peas, thawed - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. salad dressing1 tsp. dill weed1 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. pepper1 c. sour cream1 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. salt Wash vegetables. Mix together. Combine dressing ingredients. Mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables. Mix well.Best if made ahead and refrigerated overnight over 6 hours.
