Sour cream meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- hamburger
- dill weed - 2 tsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Roll into meatballs and bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°
How to make sour cream meatballs:
Mix together all ingredients. Roll into meatballs and bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°. Cool. Prepare gravy and pour over meatballs. Serve in crock-pot or other heated container.Gravy:1 c. sour cream1 can mushroom soup2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 tsp. dill weed Makes about 60 cocktail size meatballs.
