Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/8 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried dill weed - 1 tsp
- large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped fine - 3 item
How to make cucumber sauce:
Drain excess juice from cucumbers. Place in a bowl and add dill weed, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice; mix well. Fold in sour cream and chill thoroughly. Great on boiled fish, baked potatoes or as dip for your favorite crackers. Yield: 2 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
