Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- mayonnaise
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- medium or 1 large pkg - 2 pkg
- bacon, chopped and cooked well - 1 lb
- veggies, raw shredded carrots, chopped broccoli, celery, green onions, mushrooms, radishes and ripe olives - 4 6
How to make vegetable pizza:
Flatten out the rolls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes until brown. Cool and cut into squares, bite size.Combine and mix well the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Spread mixture on top of cool crescent rolls. Put veggies on top of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle chopped bacon over veggies. Refrigerate until serving. Run knife through where you have previously cut.
