Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 4
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
  • green pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • tomato, sliced - 1 item
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
  • zucchini or yellow squash, sliced - 1 item
  • 10-inch pie shell, baked for 20 minutes at 325~ - 1 item

How to make vegetable pie:

Saute vegetables in butter until crisp, but not soft. Drain well and add seasonings. Place tomato slices in bottom of shell. Add veggies; spread mayonnaise and cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
