Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 4
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- tomato, sliced - 1 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
- zucchini or yellow squash, sliced - 1 item
- 10-inch pie shell, baked for 20 minutes at 325~ - 1 item
How to make vegetable pie:
Saute vegetables in butter until crisp, but not soft. Drain well and add seasonings. Place tomato slices in bottom of shell. Add veggies; spread mayonnaise and cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetarian, Oven.
