Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
  • green pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • tomato, sliced - 1 item
  • mayo - 1 c
  • zucchini or yellow squash, sliced - 2 item
  • 10-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make vegetable pie:

Bake pie crust at 325° for 20 minutes. Saut vegetables in butter until crisp but not soft. Drain well. Add seasonings. Place tomato, sliced, in bottom of pie crust. Add vegetables. Spread mayo-cheese mixture over vegetables. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 6.
