Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- dry Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- mayonnaise or Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- each vegetable, chopped raw tomatoes, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, fresh mushrooms and green onions - 3/4 c
How to make vegetable bars:
Bake the crescent rolls for 7 to 8 minutes. Cream the mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, sour cream and cream cheese. Spread over the top of the cooled rolls. Sprinkle the dry Ranch dressing over it. Then add all the vegetables. Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese. Use a large cookie sheet.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Broccoli.
